As a tea plantation owner from Galle, I appreciate a balance of luxury and value, especially when venturing away from the lush highlands. My recent visit to Portovita Towers offered just that. This was my first stay in a condotel, and I found the apartment to be clean and appropriately sized for our extended family. The location in Cubao was convenient, putting several malls like Alimall and Gateway within walking distance. The free pool access was a significant plus compared to other condotels that charge extra. The outdoor swimming pool was well-maintained, providing a good space for my kids to splash around under watchful staff eyes. The amenities were functional, featuring a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and having a kitchenette with cookware made family meals straightforward. While it lacks the grandeur of colonial bungalows, the practicality and affordability of the accommodation were commendable, especially for larger groups. Despite the vibrancy of Cubao, the facility felt secure with 24-hour security, and the staff were consistently welcoming. Portovita Towers is a sensible choice for those valuing both comfort and cost.
